WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Senox is looking for an IT ninja to come in and be the ERP Systems Administrator. We are looking for a motivated individual who is humble, hungry, smart, and ready to join the best team of IT professionals around.

Talents You Have To Have

-Analytical Thinking

-Troubleshooting

-Understanding of Processes and their relationship to software

-Ability to understand and assist end users

-Strong ability to communicate up and down the organization

-4-5 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software (Epicor a plus)

-Ability to build trust and confidence

-Ability to delineate from requirement to solution

Tasks You Have To Enjoy Doing

-Developing technical solutions, integrating supporting technologies, managing the life cycle of the ERP system

-Working with technical experts, both internal and external, to diagnose, fix, and prevent issues

-Be a liaison between the end users and the software experts to address issues that cannot be resolved in-house

-Quarterbacking the development of various solutions to meet user needs by enhancing the system

-Perform daily ERP administrative tasks while adjusting to evolving business needs

-Be the “Go-To” for questions, concerns, complaints, and issues from all levels within the organization

-Implement system modifications, expansions, and new system upgrades/version releases
