Job Description

The ERP Systems Analyst primary responsibility is to manage, administer, and support the ERP and related systems. They will be close business partners with all the functional groups of the company that use and integrate into the system. This role will report to the Director of IS&T.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Primary Responsibilities


System Management / Support


  • Interact with IS&T Technical resources to ensure system availability and that integration and data connections are within their SLA.
  • Maintain and support (L2) technical and operational functions of the ERP.
  • Responsible for the creation of communication and documentation of new systems and processes, including the creation and maintenance of project plans for new business requests.
  • Gather and interpret requirements to establish business rules, business processes, activity diagrams, use cases, test cases and training requirements from internal and external resources.


Business / Internal Consultant


  • Communicate weekly status in meetings and written form showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.
  • Provide management status reporting and communication to leadership and IT team.
  • Will serve as the main point of contact for all ERP requests. Will review all requests for system changes to ensure viability.
  • Coordinate and lead major ERP projects with the internal functional teams.
  • Serve as a resource with both business and industry knowledge for defining business requirements and objectives.


Secondary Responsibilities


  • Assist with prioritization within product roadmaps through setting goals and tracking progress.
  • Assist in the management of software solution vendors.
  • Provide additional IT support as needed.


Principal Skills, Knowledge, and Personal Attributes Required


  • Experience within the Retail Industry, specifically within an apparel or footwear company, with strong understanding of various functional verticals within the business.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience as a business / systems analyst.
  • IIBA certifications are recommended. PMP and ITIL / ITSM certifications are a plus.
  • Strong operational knowledge of NetSuite, experience with NetSuite AFA bundle preferred.
  • Experience in writing technical and functional business requirements and developing business rules.
  • Excellent project management skills (PMP certification a plus) with agile project delivery and SDLC methodologies preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with relational databases and basic querying capabilities
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • General knowledge of systems integrations and architecture among Enterprise applications.
  • Experience working with international support teams.
  • Effective written and verbal communicator with the ability to engage one-on-one at all levels of the organization or present to business and technical stakeholders.


Working Conditions


  • Off-hour work required for project support and normal production infrastructure and integration support, as needed.
  • Normal office environment with a flex working schedule
  • Occasional need to travel to 3PL warehouse, as needed.
