Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

Mid-management/Professional grade, and management personnel may receive 40 hours of admin leave per calendar year.

Knowledge of both traffic and safety rules as well as knowledge of applicable precautions to be taken to avoid accidents.

Knowledge of the practices and techniques applied to the safe operation of heavy equipment.

Skill in minor maintenance of all equipment to which assigned.

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Read job specifications to determine operator adjustments and material requirements

At least 2 years’ experience using heavy equipment/front end loader

Use the ELD (Electronic Logging Device).

Duties as assigned assisting with driving routes, assisting passengers, etc.

Line runs, CDL w/ P Endorsement, Flixbus Operator

Operateand maintain a Broom Tractor / Power Broom

Operate a box blade, if equipped

Sweep loose millings behind milling operation

Use anarray of hand tools to help clean milled surface in preparation for the paving operation

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in a timely fashion

Log and record readings for equipment and procedures

High School Diploma or equivalent education preferred

Minimum 1 year experience in related field

Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication)

Operate hydraulic excavators, up to the operating weight of 144,000lbs, in a safe and efficient manner.

Conduct, daily, pre and post operational inspections, and properly fill out inspection check lists.

Conduct periodic inspections of all equipment and work areas to identify hazards as work progresses.

Will be responsible for cleaning equipment, providing minor preventative maintenance and making minor repairs of various types of equipment.

Follow all established health and safety policies.

Work station organization and cleanliness.

Follow quality control inspection points.

Reading work orders and bill of materials.

Follow work instruction and product specification.

Evaluate non-conformities in products, production equipment and test equipment.
