Equipment Operator Experienced Equipment Operator Jobs in Idaho

2+ years previous heavy equipment operator experience in a mining operations preferred

The key responsibilities of the Heavy Equipment Operator include, but are not limited to the following:

Must be able to work professionally with other employees in all situations

Must be physically able to complete all tasks associated with the job

Must demonstrate the ability to minimize delays whenever possible

Operate heavy equipment, specifically grader, trackhoe, backhoe, loader or skidsteer, efficiently, and safely.

Excavate trenches, load trucks, grade sidewalks and building pads.

Greases, oils, and perform minor repairs on equipment, using grease gun, oilcans, and hand tools.

Be an amazing team member on an amazing team

Valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Ability to work long hours and move at least 50 lbs.

Knowledge of USDA, FDA, SQF and customer requirements for a food manufacturing plant

Knowledge of Sustainability and EPA requirements for a manufacturing plant

Knowledge of the proper use of all cleaning chemicals

Monitors equipment to process Salibra

Separator – operate & monitor to SOP and conduct CIPs

Salibra UF – operate & monitors SOP and conduct CIPs

Knowledge of the proper use of all cleaning chemicals

Maintains ongoing centerline operation of all equipment as described in Job Summary

Monitor levels in associated silos

CIPS all of the membrane systems, silos and lines

COP of equipment as needed

Perform minor maintenance items (e.g. changes gaskets, seals, and cleaning items, check balls, minor equipment greasing)

Membrane experience & knowledge a plus

Computer experience needed, basic Microsoft office

Knowledge of the proper use of all cleaning chemicals

Efficiently operate all whey processing equipment (C1,C2 UF 1 & 2)

Collect and deliver all required samples to the laboratory

Monitor operation of equipment and make adjustments to produce top quality products

Ability to receive and understand direction from management

Manufacturing and/or heavy industrial work experience helpful

Help identify certain types of metal

Dress in appropriate safety gear and clothing

Will use a torch to cut metal into the appropriate sizes and lengths

Detail oriented person possessing a good mechanical aptitude

Knowledge of preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment which includes lubricating, cleaning, and servicing.

Knowledge of operating motorized equipment used for groundskeeping, snow removal, or hauling materials.
