Minimum Qualifications / Substitutions / Preferences

None / Less than High School

High School / GED / or Equivalent

1 year to less than 3 years

3 years to less than 5 years

Ensure safety at all times, including use of material handling equipment, proper handling of tools and equipment, follow standard operating procedures.

Mix color pigments or pastes according to formula and make necessary adjustments until color matching is verified.

Conduct visual checks on containers, totes and valves for leaks; stage bags and/or containers of mixing products.

Document pick list information, print and attach tickets to products.

Maintain Inventory of raw materials; perform inventory cycle counts.

Assist co-workers in other areas within the Mixing Department as time allows.

Knowledge of the functional operation, purpose, capabilities, and limitations of any piece of equipment qualified to operate.

Experience working with remote North Slope operations or arctic experience preferred

Four (4) or more years of experience, with 5,000 documented hours or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a skilled operator or equivalent military experience.

Is always fully compliant with the requirements of the QHSE policies, standards, and wears always required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Obtains certifications as required for duties assigned.

High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED).

Basic PC literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite desirable.

Participates in pre-tour and tool-box meeting with all members of their crew.
