Zeal TN in Nashville is currently seeking entry-level Customer Relations Specialist to assist us with our marketing and sales campaigns. The main responsibility of this position is to assist in increasing revenue generation opportunities for our clients in the local area.

Entry Level Customer Relations Specialist Responsibilities:

• Reach sponsorship targets and donor retention goals
• Conduct presentations to increase awareness and potential donations
• Customer Relations at fundraising events and promotional outreach campaigns
• Maintain relations with donors and community business owners
• Maintain strong knowledge of charity accomplishments, on-site projects, statistics, fundraising terms, and sponsorships
• Communicate with the team about increasing donor revenue

Entry Level Customer Relations Specialist Qualifications:

• Exemplary attitude and work ethic
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Graduation from a college or university with a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional training related to the position is preferred
• Positive and professional demeanor
• 1 year minimum in a client-facing role
• Capacity to build rapport with donors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual is a plus and is preferred
