Overview:

Entry Level HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This position is responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and providing general HR support.

Detailed Job Description:

The Entry Level HR Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Onboarding new employees, including conducting orientation and providing necessary paperwork
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Assisting with employee benefits and payroll administration
• Assisting with employee relations and performance management
• Responding to employee inquiries and providing general HR support
