Provide instruction for such assigned class or classes following the Freestyle methodologies

Communicates promptly, closely with all learners regarding attendance, level assessments (during adds / drops, etc.); assisted by Course Coordinators

Lead Conversation Coaching: 1 hour per week (akin to ‘office hours’)

Attend at least 1 PD / team training event per month (1 hr. monthly) and our bi-annual half-day learnings (3-4 hours)

Participate in marketing initiatives, such as social media campaigns and community events, to promote course enrollment (45 mins per week)

Proven experience in translating complex reports, academic papers, or research materials related to the themes covered in the report.

Research skills to ensure accurate translations and understanding of specialized terminology.

Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple translation projects simultaneously and on a rolling basis.

Experience using translation tools and software is preferred.

The translator must adhere to strict confidentiality and non-disclosure requirements regarding all materials and information encountered during the translation process.

Translate documents (Arabic <->English) relevant to the production of the report chapters.

Carries out project management duties of translation and interpretation requests from schools and departments accurately and efficiently.

Adjustment in the scope of responsibilities as outlined above which will be in the best interest of the school district.

Previous mortgage sales industry experience required.

Comprehensive skill set in the use of the following software applications: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Develops relationships with real estate agents and external referral sources.

Develops and fosters relationships with internal bank partners.

Consistently works current and past client database for referral opportunities.

21yrs or older with one year experience as a translator.

Experience with Microsoft Word and typing summaries of all conversations.

Must have quiet home office, internet, computer & phone with the ability to attend video conferencing calls.

Fluent in both Spanish and English.

Able to work as needed/ flexible schedule with Enrollment and Match Support teams to support participants.

Able to type or write notes while translating conversations.
