· Build and maintain relationships with clients, employers, stakeholders, case managers and housing partners.

· Current First Aid/CPR certification preferred and/or ability to pass certification within 30 days of hire.

· Two-three (2-3) years of job placement experience preferred

· Computer literacy and college level writing skills preferred

1+ year of successful Customer Retention experience in a fast-paced call center

1+ year of customer service experience

Experience using and learning complex computer systems

Develop and implement an effective Intake and Communications Program for the office.

Determine whether EEOC has jurisdiction and whether the request is timely; counsel?s complainants and/or their representatives as to rights and obligations.
