What You Will Do


Employment Specialist for Foundational Community Supports provides supported employment and case-managed services to FCS and ALTSA-eligible clients seeking employment support. Client-driven case managed services include resumes, job search, job development and retention services, which provide the best possible supports for sustained, equitable and gainful employment.


  • Perform outreach to attract new clients and community partnerships.
  • Assist clients to assess and further their career growth and skills.
  • Document data and notes to adequately show the individual’s progress toward goals on employment/ service plan.
  • Assist clients in obtaining gainful employment at wages at or above minimum wage.
  • Maintain knowledge of clients, their employment goals, job sites, and case mgt. needs.
  • Ability to use assigned technology as directed in the community.
  • Conduct intakes, assessments, and career goal plans.


Must Have


  • One-year related experience and/or training working with people in crisis, specifically in employment services.
  • Ability to perform CPR/FA as needed.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • A valid driver's license, insurance, and Personal transportation (requires safe driving record)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule


Nice To Have


  • CESP certification preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Wage Range $19-21/hr
