Job Description

Job Title: Communications Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC or Chandler, AZ

Duration:12+ Months (Contract high possibility of extension)

Work Schedule: Onsite.


Responsibilities

·This resource coordinates town halls, ask-me-anything sessions, and pop-ups, prepares/distributes broadly written communications, presentations, team/product surveys, and product education,

·Performs video script writing/editing, and manages CTO distribution lists and mechanics.

·Captures requirements and develops plans for new CTO team/program/product site builds and surveys.

·Develops/deploys/analyzes surveys for teams, products, and events.

·Monitors CTO mailboxes and routes internal and external submissions including employee feedback for resolution.

·Performs discovery/triage on communication requests and determines the best medium to use to tell the message in a crisp and meaningful way.

·Provides guidance / ensures Brand Compliance for site builds / custom graphics/announcements.

Qualifications

·Strong writing and editing skills (video script writing/editing).

·Strong MS Suite with a focus on meeting facilitation tools

·Ability to understand and implement brand standards

·Strong Project Management skills with competing priorities

·Somebody good with the technicality of meeting facilitation. Coordinating meetings using various tools that impact engagement is important

·We need people very focused on details, emails are sent to a high number of individuals on a regular basis

·Employee engagement-collaboration, a pulse on the org is needed, must think broadly across the organization. This person will support a variety of people and projects

·Dealing with high-level communications and supporting an enterprise environment

·Sharepoint Online is nice to have.
