Housekeeper/ Assistant - Lakeland

Are you looking for a flexible, part-time position but dislike how unreliable gig jobs can be? We are hiring for a part-time housekeeper and personal assistant for two small business owners. The ideal candidate will be a positive and trustworthy individual who enjoys cleaning and organizing as part of their work duties. Weekly cleaning tasks will be at a residential home in South Lakeland and a house located adjacent to Parkway Veterinary Emergency Clinic that will also need cleaning 1-2 times monthly. Personal assistant tasks will include running errands like shopping and deliveries to businesses here in the Lakeland area. This job opportunity is a perfect fit for a college student, a parent looking to fill their time while their children are at school, or someone looking to earn some extra income.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older, and legally able to work in the United States.
• Must have great attention to detail, remain organized and be able to prioritize the workload.
• Physically able to maneuver (squat, bend etc.) in order to reach hard to clean areas.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable mode of transportation.
• Available to work weekends upon request.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be comfortable working around NON-aggressive animals, such as dogs and cats.
• Able to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
• Able to have a very flexible work schedule.
• Able to run errands (i.e. grocery store, Sam's Club) or other small administrative tasks upon request.
• Maintains a professional appearance with a positive attitude

Benefits

Part-time position to include 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.

Pay Rate: $20 per hour
