5+ years of relevant work experience delivering complex client facing solutions coupled with program and account management

Experience in the wealth management sector and/or fund administration industry

Project management and ticketing (JIRA)

40% client facing project management including discovery and communications

20% managing internal reporting, task management

Strong experience in Change Management and Business Process Design Reengineering

Coordinate closely with Account Management, Managed Services, and CTS Sales

Management of client services inclusive of SLAs and service-driven environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills with previous experience creating Statements of Work for new and existing customers.

Refine existing and define new CX offers and services.

Manage and oversee project staffing on all consulting engagements.

15+ years of Project Management / Delivery Lead experience in the implementation of P&C insurance software applications

Specialized Knowledge, Skills, And/or Abilities

Reports to Services leadership on project results, metrics, test and deployment management activities

Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus

Manages project scope and changes

Manages the engagement contract and Statement of Work

Minimum 10 years of Project Engineering/Project Management experience in chemical processing, manufacturing, or refining plants

Demonstrated skill/knowledge in the following areas:

Manages and supports the multiple million dollar capital projects.

Ability to support multiple sites project requirements and direct contractors and engineering services while off-site.

Experience in any of the following areas: Cryogenic Industry, Pharma, Clean Room, processing and/or dispensing equipment and facilities.

Technical knowledge of hydrogen handling, storage systems, products and technologies, and environmental impact

Strong project and process management skills, including proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Executive management of dependencies and risks, and

Lead, coach and influence top management (CEO, COO, CIO) from a variety of company types (large organizations, disruptive start-ups)

Strong communication skills including experience in developing C-suite presentations.

Broad understanding of current technology practices (Agile, Cloud Computing/SaaS, Enterprise Data Management, etc.)

Ability to effectively interact with & earn trust of peers and senior management across the organization.
