Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Researching user reported issues with software systems, identifying root causes and resolutions, and implementing fixes, utilizing Oracle Policy Automation (OPA);

Tracking implementation defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing Atlassian Jira, Jama, Lean, and Scrum methodologies;

Developing functional specifications for custom development and interface with external systems utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio, Adobe Comp CC, and iRise Platform;
