Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Education:

Minimum ten (10) years senior-level experience in human resources management.

Experience in analysis, critical decision-making, project management, and process improvement.

Prepares recommendations for LOGCAP senior management regarding human resources issues, including administrative and corrective actions.

Knowledge of the military’s SHARP program and the ability to obtain SHARP certification.

Collaborates with IHR/Legal to identify and document visa processes and requirements within the LOGCAP area of responsibility.

· Experience in master data management.

· Experience in budget planning, financial management and resource management.

· Solid programing skills, statistical knowledge, analytical skills, and understanding of big data technologies.

· Develop and manage strategic vendor and partnership relationships; negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.

· Manage procurement process and financial budget and forecasts for department.

· Experience in marketing technologies (MarTech) and customer data and communication platforms.

Manages complex schedule and coordinates meetings with internal and external parties utilizing multiple calendars

At least 3 years of experience supporting a senior level executive

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge of Keynote a plus.

Knowledge of all basic office equipment required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Organization - In order to manage multiple tasks effectively, must be organized in approach and execution of work

Possess executive presence and strong written and verbal communication skills to partner with all levels of management

Experience with high levels of accountability, and demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to manage workload and achieve results with minimal supervision.

Lead design and project manage key People Team initiatives that support the grow of our function (Talent, I&D, Engagement)

Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to build strong relationships and the ability to influence across levels within the organization.

Manages work with a project and consulting mindset

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills.

Experience with one or more of the following: HR Generalist, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Recruitment OE/OD and Coaching

Develop local actions to promote and drive already established guidelines to talent management, People Package budgeting and rewards philosophies

Is adept at coaching, mentoring, and performance management to coach for improvement or high potential development

Strong computer skills: PC with experience in Microsoft Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Has a strong work ethic and well-honed prioritization and organizational skills

Minimum 3 years directly related experience, 5+ years preferred
