Director Of Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Jobs in Wisconsin

8-10 years relevant work experience across Continuous Improvement, Operations and General Management Positions (multi-site management preferred)

Critical thinking skills to properly identify problem area & potential solutions

Analytical skills to properly interpret data

Leadership skills to develop and mentor cross functional teams for Continuous Improvement journey

Financial and Operational solid experience to support demand/supply pipeline

Policy Deployment and strategic planning experience

Have strong data generation, validation, and management skills, with a desire to solve problems

Strong program and project management skills

Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment (3-5 years)

Experience in technical presentations, training and customer relations

In depth knowledge of Lean including:

Demonstrated experience in leading teams
