Director Of Continuous Improvement

Prior relevant work experience in manufacturing, preferably in front-line operations management role and in both union and non-union work environments.
Conceive, lead, coach, and manage Continuous Improvement projects to meet established targets for cost reductions or efficiency improvements.
Bring insights to senior leadership about areas of operations that may benefit from process improvement.
Build and manage processes to identify, track and share best practices and lessons learned.
Prior experience leading CI projects with demonstrated and validated results and improvement.
Experience with Toyota Production System (TPS) highly desired.
Manufacturing Engineer - Continuous Improvement

Demonstrated experience in manufacturing improvement techniques, including flow principles, Kanban, and plan for every part (PFEP)
Experience evaluating TAKT time vs. cycle time, determining work area constraints (i.e. cycle time constraint, periodic work constraints, downtime constraints).
Experience on shop floor, working with employees, and enhancing manufacturing processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: able to develop and use structured approaches to identify root causes and recommend resolutions
Manufacturing Engineer - Entry Level, Continuous Improvement
