Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, providing effective project management oversight and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Talent Development and Team Management:

8+ years of proven leadership experience in electronics/hardware product design and manufacturing, preferably within the refurbishment, sustainability, or circular economy domain.

Strong knowledge of circular design principles, sustainable materials, and refurbishment processes, with a demonstrated ability to apply them in practical settings.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and addressing design challenges effectively.

Excellent people-management, negotiation, presentation, and executive-level communication skills

Undergraduate degree required in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, and Operations Research; MBA preferred

Six Sigma Black Belt certification with Lean and DMAIC experience

Positive and proactive process management with an eye for detail and a strong challenger mentality

Oversee Lean idea collection from Field teams and manage vetting process to continuously fill initiative pipeline

Collaborate with Finance to ensure financial recognition of project impacts and forecasted impact.
