Director Of Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Jobs in Florida

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in quality management and improvement methodologies.

Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen).

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) is highly desirable.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Establish and maintain quality management systems and standards across the organization.

Previous management/supervisory experience is required.

Drive culture change to instill focus on fact-based management practices, the use of Six Sigma and other problem-solving methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum certification as Green Belt in Lean / 6 Sigma is preferred.

Assist in the creation of performance metrics, reporting and improvement targets for all areas of the company.

Increase standardization of work processes.
