Managing and owning a team of direct reports for the Customer Relationship Management team

Leadership and ownership for positive educational outcomes, using both qualitative and quantitative measures, for customers using TEAMology products and services

Producing education and training materials related to social, emotional and mental health and product

Directly supporting customers related to education and training

Ability to manage daily administrative task

Masters or higher in Education, Counseling, Psychology or related field; license in professional counseling or social work preferred

Strong analytical and market research skills

Experience understanding and managing the P&L for products.

6+ Years of experience in CPG or Prestige industry working with multi-functional teams.

Experience using Nielsen/IRI for volume forecasting and competitive analyses.

Experience in a design marketing or R&D product development role

o Manage the artwork reviewal and approval process ensuring INCI, regulatory and product

Preferred , a minimum of 5 years work experience in retail operations management, hospitality, or restaurant.

Change Management – the ability to evolve and succeed in a fast-paced and competitive environment

Ensure store operations adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements.

Develop and execute actions that ensure an engaged employee base and culture focused on guest experience and sales

Demonstrated excellent guest service skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and written.

Provide overall direction to improve store operations within an assigned region and meet operational objectives.

1-3+ years of similar work experience

Knowledge of paid search, CPG or e-commerce is preferred but not required

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take initiative in a high paced environment

High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills and creative problem solver

Collaborate with the Sales Team to build and maintain CPG advertiser relationships

Educate, engage and encourage CPG advertisers to activate e-commerce campaigns on a world-class digital grocery platform

Understanding and Use of Dispatch, Communication, and Train Management Software

Provide internal/external customer service with professional interpersonal skills.

Appropriately manage both passenger (high speed, long distance, and suburban) and freight traffic

Knowledge and familiarity with the geography and characteristics of dispatch district

Knowledge and protection of the Federal Hours of Service Law, Federal Train Sheet Law, Federal Railroad Radio Rules, etc.

The Director of Operations Innovation will lead initiatives critical to the success of DaVita. These include:

· Process re-engineering for hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis operations

Collaborate with onboarding and account management teams

Experience selling SaaS solutions in the digital ad space

5+ years digital media & SaaS experience, highly familiar with the DSP and programmatic space as well as ad agency ecosystem

Experience in a client facing presentations and enterprise sales

Excellent presentation and communication abilities including being able to communicate complicated technical concepts and features to non-technical audiences

Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an organization

Experience in complex, large-scale project management ( Required )

Implement a project management plan to move work forward and ensure we are on track to meeting our project milestones.

Conduct research on the local and statewide educational landscape at the secondary and postsecondary level to inform our growth strategy.

Support the execution of a go-to-market strategy that drives our transition to a statewide region with new program offerings.
