Specifics on the Candidate:

TEAMology is seeking a motivated, collaborative, enthusiastic senior leader to join our TEAM. Must have a passion to make an impact on the social, emotional and mental health of children today. The position requires a forward thinker that is seeking to help progressive teachers, providers, school districts (K-8) and other organizations make a difference in children through innovative technology-based solutions. A TEAM player that can fit seamlessly within a growing company,this position is best suited for an experienced professional in education and mental health and the right person will be relied upon for their input and influence on the needs of current and potential customers. Experience in the edtech startup environment isn’t a requirement but is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to travel as needed
• Collaborating with vendors and partners to achieve company goals
• Producing education and training materials related to social, emotional and mental health and product
• Leadership and ownership for positive educational outcomes, using both qualitative and quantitative measures, for customers using TEAMology products and services
• Researching current trends and developing and modifying materials based on needs in the marketplace
• Conducting market research
• Managing and owning a team of direct reports for the Customer Relationship Management team
• Directing the creation of advertising materials including designing campaigns for email, social media, and newsletters.
• Communicating the value of TEAMology to educators and other providers
• Facilitating on site and virtual trainings
• Participate and be prepared to present in all required meetings
• Directly supporting customers related to education and training
• Ability to manage daily administrative task
• Communicating with clients to promote TEAMology’s brand and interests
• Collecting data, proving outcomes and forecasting trends including ability to author and present findings in articles and at conferences

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Able to work collaboratively with a virtual team
• Organized self-starter with the ability to set, plan for, and meet deadlines
• Comfortable learning and using new software technology products to accomplish work
• Masters or higher in Education, Counseling, Psychology or related field; license in professional counseling or social work preferred

Other Requirements:

• If hired, must adhere to all organizational policies and procedures and other prescribed best practices/industry standards.
• Background checks/clearances will be conducted (e.g. criminal/child abuse history, etc.). Candidates must provide three (3) references for employment consideration. Results of background checks, clearances, and references must be satisfactory to the company at its sole discretion.

They must also be able to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 5 pounds and/or occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
