Director Of Group Sales And Operations Jobs in Iowa

Minimum of (2) years of sales, management, and operations experience in a business-to-business sales environment required.

Responsible for the hiring, development, and performance management of approximately 12-15 ATP/RTSs, and/or seating technicians within a specific region/area.

Experience in a clinical/therapy role and/or ATP role required.

Minimum (3) years of field experience

Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition

Ability to develop a comprehensive organization wide sales strategic plan that is aligned with the organization’s annual income requirements.

Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes

Lead high priority commercial initiatives such as revenue process optimization

Drive data-driven decision making processes throughout the commercial organization

Lead the implementation and optimization of tools to drive operational efficiencies

Develop and implement regular reporting of key performance metrics such as forecasting, funnel analysis, and market segmentation

Support executive analyses and deliverables for internal, board, and investor stakeholders
