Director Of Capital Markets Jobs in Texas

· Financial management experience with planning, forecasting, and business analysis

· Comfortable with business development and relationship management

· Bachelor's degree / MBA (preferred) in Finance, Economics or related analytical discipline preferred

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and proven track record fundraising success

· Advanced Excel proficiency. 3+ years of experience of using Excel to build and maintain financial models

· Experience coaching executives on the delivery of investor pitches

10-15 years of progressive experience raising capital in an institutional environment, ideally for a large operator, investment manager, or IB/PE firm.

Management and leadership of large-scale equity/debt transactions

Experience executing private/public capital market transactions, ideally with previous experience in CRE capital markets

A track record of procuring capital solutions
