9+ years’ experience in sales, program management, business analysis and market analysis

Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and follow-up skills

Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Prefer a degree in a Technical field such as engineering, industrial distribution, business Management or Business Administration.

Previous experience as sales manager in Manufacturing industry or similar executive role (Director)

Lead and develop Vertical Market Managers to ensure the successful completion of goals and objectives.

Managers, motivates and mentor cross-functional /cross divisional project team of project managers, business analysts, developers, and validation analysts.

Direct management of District Managers / Directors who lead individual pre- and post-sales teams.

Experienced manager and key contributor who frequently overachieves on assigned goals with the ability to prioritize and focus a team.

Effectively handle performance across the team to hit goals for the regions and manage out poor performers.

10+ years of relevant experience as a Sr. Director or Director, building and leading sales/business development teams or running business units.

Experience at a fast paced/tech organization is required; restaurant industry experience is preferred.

Deep experience with financial / sales modeling and forecasting.

10 Plus years of work experience in a related field

3+ Years experience in campus energy systems design, development, and construction is a plus
