Vice President Of Capital Markets

VP of Capital Markets | PE-backed owner/operator | Dallas

We are working with a leading developer/owner/operator of CRE infrastructure that is actively seeking a VP of Capital Markets to lead the execution of financing large-scale transactions, in addition to developing the firm's internal capabilities to source capital.

This is a comprehensive, wide-breadth role, reporting directly to the CIO, and requires someone with deep knowledge of global public/private and debt/equity capital markets (portfolio is international).

Our client is an industry leader that continues to raise capital, deploy capital, and outperform its peers year-over-year, with ambitions to double the portfolio over the next five years - and this would be an opportunity to be a part of that growth.

Experience:

• 10-15 years of progressive experience raising capital in an institutional environment, ideally for a large operator, investment manager, or IB/PE firm.
• Experience executing private/public capital market transactions, ideally with previous experience in CRE capital markets
• Management and leadership of large-scale equity/debt transactions
• A track record of procuring capital solutions
