Provides oversight, knowledge, and experience in support of complex strategies, RFPs, proposals, and client presentations for new and existing business opportunities.

Delivers strategic, consultative clinical support to clients.

Provides consultative subject matter expert support on clinical, advocacy, and engagement programs.

Identifies client-specific issues including gaps, trends and opportunities and delivers data driven solutions.

Experience advancing equity within government systems, especially through issue campaigns surrounding education and other social issues

3+ years experience managing complex and cross-functional projects and/or teams

Experience interfacing with elected officials and navigating political systems at the local, state, and/or federal levels

Ability to work on and manage multiple projects at any given time and pivot among priorities

Provide direction for ongoing campaign development through campaign strategy development, tactical scenarios and plans, coordinating campaign activities, and organizing campaign actions

Develop inclusive processes to center community leaders, Partnership staff and allies, and other stakeholders in campaign development and implementation

Strong people management and development skills

Develops and executes communications in support of change management across the organization

Manages and collaborates with communications vendors as appropriate to deliver projects in scope, on budget, and on time

BA/BS degree in relevant field, with 5-7 years communications experience, preferably with a pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare organization

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Flexibility with working hours to manage multiple geographies
