Lead regular cross functional product management meetings to get alignment needed to prioritize investments.

Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, finance, computer science, engineering or related business discipline.

Typically uses data, statistical and quantitative analysis, basic modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision making.

Works in cross functional projects and programs. Routinely presents to management.

Understands various site tagging models and advises management on the best approach.

Manages and works with internal and external partners in the analytics space to increase FedEx’s maturity in performance marketing.

Has extensive experience with the use of website analytics tools (Adobe Analytics preferred) & standard website measurement terminology.

Good understanding of customer experience issues and web user interface considerations like research, design, testing, and content optimization.
