Job Description
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis, product analysis, digital industry and customer research to create and optimize the customer experience. Partner with cross-functional teams to define, implement and launch market-leading, customer-centric products or programs.
  • Under minimal supervision, this position plans and executes digital product strategy, technology/product development, technology and/or product support and/or customer engagement strategies in support of the company's product and service portfolio.
  • Maintains expertise on products and technologies through training and research and uses that training to drive and/or implement best practices and foster continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to use QDM principles to create, implement, and improve processes
  • Ability to lead and guide global, cross-functional teams
  • Execute program using SAFe Agile development practices
  • Partner with key groups to conduct industry, competitive, user experience research needed to build an actionable product strategy and roadmap.
  • Experience working with the Optimizely platform
  • Lead regular cross functional product management meetings to get alignment needed to prioritize investments.
  • Extensive knowledge around the Visibility Portfolio of products
  • Prioritize the product/program roadmaps based on business value and customer impact.
  • Develop and communicate program metrics needed to measure performance and ROI.
  • Build a fact-base to support the business justification needed for product investments.
  • Translate customer needs into product features.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support strategic priorities.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise on key corporate initiatives as needed.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Considered a Plus :
  • Requirements definitions and execution through delivery
  • Software and/or Web product management or marketing experience
  • Digital User Design and/or Design Thinking experience
  • Tableau, Azure, and SQL knowledge to conduct analysis of the team/customer/segment needs.
  • Extensive experience with SAFe Agile development
  • QDM or Six Sigma
  • Strong knowledge of experimentation leveraging Optimizely
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Experience in leading the development of digital solutions from strategy through to execution
Domicile:
  • The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
  • Position will be hybrid in Collierville, TN.
  • Due to the collaborative nature of the role, there is a strong desire to have the selected candidate located in Collierville, TN. This location offers a hybrid work environment that supports in-person collaboration through onsite Team Days but allows team members flexibility to primarily work from home the rest of the time.

Minimum
Qualifications
  • Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
  • Strong ability to understand business and customer needs, customer/user experience management, product analysis and technology capabilities.
  • Directly related experience may offset degree requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, finance, computer science, engineering or related business discipline.
  • Technical acumen.
  • Strong collaboration, communications and analytical skills.
  • Five (5) years experience in a digital marketing or digital product management environment or demonstrated knowledge gained through coursework or work experience in digital product marketing, management, or technology support.

Salary Range Estimate: Monthly Salary: $6,988.00 - $12,443.00. This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, your work location, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role.

Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical capabilities and comfortably dialogue with technical experts to determine how to best meet customer needs.
Business Savvy: Ability to navigate opportunities and challenges to maintain project progress and accomplish project goals while working through others.
Leadership: Ability to provide guidance and direction to individual contributors. Mentor team members to strengthen the team and enhance their career skills.
Strategic Thinking/Innovation: Ability to develop and champion unbiased recommendations to key business stakeholders across the Corporation.
Collaboration: Ability to work across operating companies, Marketing, and IT in order to promote and get support to implement the product strategies. Demonstrated ability to build and to maintain strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders including executive management.
