Overview The Digital Customer Experience Product Manager is responsible for developing and managing digital products and services that improve customer experience. This role requires a combination of technical, creative, and strategic skills to ensure that customer needs are met and that the digital products and services are successful. Detailed Job Description The Digital Customer Experience Product Manager is responsible for developing and managing digital products and services that improve customer experience. This includes developing product roadmaps, managing product launches, and overseeing product performance. The Digital Customer Experience Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are met and that the digital products and services are successful.
