MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred, but not required.

Detail oriented, good analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate with others at all levels

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

General computer knowledge including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required

Attach incoming facsimile images to a new or existing patient record.

Gather requirements and lead development of long-term data management tools, processes and solutions based on organizational needs.

Minimum 1+ years of data or information management and/or data analysis experience.

Bachelor's Degree in business, business intelligence, data or information management, or similar.

Communicate with client leadership to assess data needs and emerging requirements

Work with large data sets, workbooks and spreadsheets to manipulate and manage program-level information using macros, queries, scripts, etc.

Experience using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (macros, imports, query functions).

Determines and assigns medical professionals per request of arbitrator to review independent medical exams provided by parties.

Ensures confidentiality of case information and case records; adheres to the AAA’s information security and data privacy policies, procedures, and practices.

Demonstrates regular, reliable, and predictable job attendance.

Attends on-site and in-person meetings and training sessions.

Experience with order entry and inventory management

Proven work experience in data entry or office clerk role

Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Excel

Strong typing skills with high accuracy

Excellent knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuation

Strong organizational skills and ability to stay focused

1 year of data entry experience preferred

Strong alpha and numeric data entry skills

Experience with CRM / Internal System Software for at least 6 months

Work remotely from anywhere in the Central European - CET Timezone

High school diploma or GED required

Proficient in Microsoft Excel for at least 6 months

You have managed Data Analytics teams previously.
