Director Of Data (Analytics) - Fully Remote

How you would like to head up a Data Analytics practice at a mission-driven company who are bringing mental health services to the masses?

What's The Job?

As our Director of Data you will inherit a team of 3 Data Scientists/Analysts. You're role will to set the direction of what Data we're analyzing, and ensuring the insights you derive are relevant to improving our business functions. You will report to our CTO.

We see this role as 25% hands on, 75% hands off. We need someone who is still and can be hands on when needed, but your focus is maximizing the teams effectiveness and scaling our Data Analysis capabilities. The ideal candidate is still managing IC's, not just managing managers. This is a role focused on Analytics, not machine learning / A.I.

This role can be done remotely or you're welcome to come into our NYC office at your convenience if you're local.

What Skills Do You Need?

• Tech Stack: Python, SQL, dbt, Snowflake, Looker
• You have managed Data Analytics teams previously.
• Great communicator. You can speak both tech and business.

• $240,000 - $290,000
