Overview A Customer Success Lead is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional customer service and support. They are the primary point of contact for customers and are responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving customer issues, and providing product and service information. Detailed Job Description The Customer Success Lead is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers. This includes managing customer relationships, resolving customer issues, and providing product and service information. The Customer Success Lead will also be responsible for developing and maintaining customer loyalty and satisfaction. They will be expected to identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. Additionally, the Customer Success Lead will be responsible for monitoring customer feedback and providing feedback to the appropriate departments.
