Job Summary
As a CS Lead, you will become a high-impact leader and ultimately help us expand our team as the business grows. You will be part of a growing and developing a customer service team that provides high-quality customer service through clear, helpful and proactive support to our clientele
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Be a brand ambassador at all times. We are looking for an ambitious and intelligent professional who wants to be part of building a great company and culture.
  • Be a problem solver.
  • Take part in company Leadership Training.
  • Provide support and answers to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chats. You’ll be the go-to for all questions regarding product information, order placement, and order follow up.
  • This hands-on training will teach you the essentials of customer service, sales, team development, cost control, ROI reports, online promotions, and more.
  • Understand the company’s full line of products as well as the technology and terminology behind them.
  • Be an effective communicator. Listen, learn, and engage customers to educate them on our products and brand values.
  • Manage multiple customer accounts.
  • Maintain professional and friendly communications.
  • Assist in optimizing the performance of our customer service team. Suggest ways to improve process efficiency while maintaining outstanding customer service.
  • You’ll assist with tracking all costs, sales, employee hours, and foot traffic.
  • Take pride in crafting a memorable customer experience.
  • Make a meaningful impact on customers’ lives.
Qualifications And Skills
  • English language proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Availability to work weekend and holiday hours is required.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent computer and typing skills

  • Experience with the Google Suite is a plus.
