Overview The Customer Service Lead is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers. They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer inquiries, and providing assistance to customers in a timely and professional manner. The Customer Service Lead is also responsible for managing customer service staff and providing guidance and support to ensure customer service goals are met.
