HubSpot CRM Specialist – Part Time (10 hours a week) Contract Position (5 Months)

We build our stories and tech to blur the lines between the physical and digital, becoming a part of the customers culture. We are a fast-paced, high-energy environment with lots of opportunity to get involved, take ownership and grow. We are currently looking for a high capacity digital designer to join our team. This contractor role supports the wider team in the customization, set up and management of HubSpot CRM software that supports the delivery of client work. This is predominantly HubSpot but may extend to SAAS platforms. This is a hands-on role where you will spend much of your time within the software using its wide range of tools and functionality.
The ideal candidate is an experienced and certified HubSpot enterprise user who is a self-starter but also works well as part of a team. You must be very organized and able to juggle priorities and meet reasonable deadlines. You will be required to provide daily and weekly project status updates to management and collaborate with multiple internal departments to create results.
In this role, you will support the Account Manager on multiple client accounts with executing marketing automation and inbound strategies.
Complete management of HubSpot CRM integrations for SCS clients
Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, including the template
designs (emails & landing pages), calls-to-action etc within the HubSpot platform
Contact list management and report creation support
Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc).
Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows & automation for these segments to convert leads into customers
Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends.
Develop tests and optimize results
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead
management
Analytical skills suitable to campaign measurement and knowledge of key marketing campaign metrics
Support our developers with direction and best practice for any implementation requirements such as webhooks, APIs, etc…
UTM tagging support to match GTM/GA/Site needs
Dashboards and report creation support, especially around store hierarchy (Company >Region > District > Store)
Requirements, Skills, and Qualifications
Experience in the set up and management of cloud based CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot
A solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation
Enthusiastic, positive energy, ability to maintain a sense of humor under pressure
Strong attention to detail and takes pride in work
Experience interfacing with and leading both client and internal team conversations
Great communication skills, strong work ethic and personal accountability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment, managing multiple tasks with varying priorities.
Strong understand digital marketing
