Job Summary:
As the CRM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our customer relationship management system to drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and business growth. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our CRM strategy, implementation, and data management, ensuring seamless integration with our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional with a strong understanding of CRM best practices, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to define CRM requirements and align business objectives.
- Provide CRM training and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring widespread adoption and understanding of the system.
- Develop and execute data segmentation strategies for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage CRM reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators, campaign effectiveness, and overall system performance.
- Develop and execute the company's CRM strategy to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Optimize the CRM system to improve efficiency, user experience, and data quality.
- Establish and maintain data hygiene practices, including data cleansing, deduplication, and ongoing data maintenance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM.
- Analyze customer data, generate actionable insights, and provide recommendations to enhance customer engagement and revenue generation.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and customization of the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platform).
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM management.
- Proficient in data management and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing processes and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven work experience as a CRM Manager or in a similar role.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and their implementation, preferably Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
This is full-time Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, with additional hours/times as needed in
Aventura, FL.
This is an hourly position with required overtime and some weekends as needed.
