Director of CRM Architecture


We are seeking an experienced Director of CRM Architecture to play a crucial role in designing and optimizing the overall architecture for CRM systems and other customer-centric platforms at UTA. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology solutions with our business objectives.

The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $165,000 commensurate with experience and skills. This role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus.


What You Will Do

  • Conduct analysis and evaluation of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to stakeholders and project teams throughout the architecture and implementation process.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, and make recommendations for technology adoption and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards throughout the architecture design and implementation process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations, to understand business requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
  • Create functional requirements as an input to application design.
  • Lead and oversee the implementation and integration of CRM, MarTech, and AdTech systems.
  • Dive deep into CRM, MarTech, and AdTech architecture, understanding their functionalities and capabilities.


What You Will Need

  • Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and provide technical guidance for business growth and optimization.
  • Familiarity with security and data privacy standards, and experience implementing solutions with adherence to these standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM, MarTech, and AdTech implementations and integrations.
  • 5+ years of experience with CRM systems – Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, and/or SAP.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into architectural solutions.
