Overview A Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with customers. They are the primary point of contact for customers and are responsible for resolving customer issues, providing information, and responding to customer inquiries. Detailed Job Description A Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with customers. They are the primary point of contact for customers and are responsible for resolving customer issues, providing information, and responding to customer inquiries. They must be able to identify customer needs and provide solutions in a timely manner. They must also be able to handle customer complaints and escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
