Job Description
This is a remote position.


Our company is searching for friendly professionals to join our team. If you are passionate about seeing the world and helping others do the same, this role is for you. This role involves planning destinations, maintaining client files, and managing events.


Roles & Responsibilities


Arrange details for business and vacation customers


Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs


Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips


Find fare and schedule information


Book reservations for accommodations, transfers, and activities


Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip


Requirements


  • Must be 18 or older
  • Laptop/desktop and internet access needed
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with clients
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Hospitality a plus
