Customer Relations Specialist Collier's Hill

The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking a customer service specialist to welcome our members, answer questions, give tours, and help individuals and families understand and access Y offerings.
Position is part time 10-15 hours per week, year-round. This is a flexible role that can fit a new retiree, as well as someone just starting in the work force or seeking a second job. We are looking for weekend coverage with an occasional shift during the week.
Requirements/Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills required
• Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful
• Spanish proficiency preferred (additional 10% pay differential for Spanish and English fluency)
• Customer Service and Sales Experience
• Must be reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift

Salary range $13.65-$14.65 per hour based on experience. In addition, we offer a +10% differential for staff who work the opening shift and another +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.
All YMCA of Northern Colorado part-time staff working 10+ hours each week are eligible to receive a free family membership. Staff who work 10+ hours a week earn 50% to 100% off our programs. That includes free YMCA traditional day camp, youth sports, learn to skate and swim lessons, and half off YMCA Camp Santa Maria overnight camp, personal training, specialty summer camps, and childcare. If you work 20+ hours a week, your benefits grow from there. Sick time is earned from day 1, and we make contributions of 10% of your salary to the YMCA Retirement Fund for eligible staff.
