Overview The Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader is responsible for leading the engineering team in the delivery of customer-facing solutions. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to manage a team of engineers to ensure successful delivery of customer projects. Detailed Job Description The Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader will be responsible for leading the engineering team in the delivery of customer-facing solutions. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to manage a team of engineers to ensure successful delivery of customer projects. The Technical Leader will be responsible for developing and maintaining engineering standards, processes, and procedures, as well as providing technical guidance and mentoring to the engineering team. The Technical Leader will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Job Skills Required• Strong technical background in software engineering, computer science, or related field
• Ability to lead and manage a team of engineers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain engineering standards, processes, and procedures
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, computer science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing a team of engineers
• Experience developing and maintaining engineering standards, processes, and procedures
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices

• Knowledge of software engineering principles and practices
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
• Knowledge of software design and architecture
• Knowledge of software testing and debugging
• Knowledge of software security principles and practices
