Our client seeks a strong Technical Delivery Manager with good exposure to
Informatica (Power center as well as IICS), Large volume databases (SQL Server or similar), PL/SQL based business rules and metrics, Tableau based reporting and dashboards, Salesforce integration knowledge (SMC/NPSP preferred), good background on AWS based hosted solutions, especially RDS and EC2 based, good fundamental understanding of Shell scripts, REST APIs, etc.
Job Details
Interview Cadence:
The candidate should expect 2 rounds of video interviews to get shortlisted for offer. The first round will be done by internal leaders on this program (with Delivery Director and our technical architect) and the second round will be done by Client leaders on this program (Client technical Lead and Client Delivery Lead).
Technical Skills
  • Must have in the past technically lead and delivered projects on technical stack of Informatica (Power center as well as IICS), Large volume databases (SQL Server or similar), PL/SQL based business rules and metrics, Tableau based reporting and dashboards, Salesforce integration knowledge (SMC/NPSP preferred)
  • Good background on AWS based hosted solutions, especially RDS and EC2 based.
  • Good fundamental understanding of Shell scripts, REST APIs, etc.
Operational Skills
  • Publish weekly status update.
  • Must have experience leading and managing team spread over onshore and offshore model. The project operates in a 16x5 model of operations between the onshore and offshore team members.
  • The role requires driving and leading daily sprints in collaboration with the client delivery leader. It involves running through the ticket statuses and mediating to help on bottlenecks of team members (who may belong to our team or another vendor's team).
  • Excellent communicator. Able to clearly and professionally, articulate and deliberate at all levels with senior management, with team members and with external parties.
  • Ability to operate at both over the surface as well as under the water; especially w.r.t highly visible issues and deliverables. This candidate is not expected to code, however must understand the design patterns, articulate during design reviews, work closely with our and client technical architect/lead, able to assess, judge and explain LOEs, etc.
Leadership & Management Skills
  • The existing team comprises of senior resources. Ability to keep the team with high motivation, resolve conflicts and mitigate technical challenges via collaboration and research.
  • Will be face of the company in front of the client. Must hold the highest levels of trustworthiness, credibility, and appropriate transparency.
  • Must have experience in compiling and leading QBR meetings.
  • Must have worked in a multi-vendor program with client in past, i.e., creating relationships with clients as well as managing good rapport with senior resources from other vendors.
