Builds and analyzes severe incident reports, reinsurance reports and other information to share with corporate office, claims management and underwriting.

3-5 years of insurance field/property claims handling or adjusting experience

Solid experience writing own estimates and handling claims start to finish

Construction background/experience - Residential, Roofing, Remodeling, Water mitigation, etc

Strong written & verbal communication skills

Maintains knowledge of other functions within subject area. This may require attending various seminars or training sessions.

Develop initial treatment plans and provide case management and care coordination with service providers and referral sources

Familiarity with contemporary utilization management practices

Perform other duties within the scope of the position and employee's abilities

2+ years of postgraduate experience in a behavioral health care setting

Knowledge of assessment and referral in the context of mental illness and substance abuse

Experience and interest in providing therapeutic services within a time-effective and recovery-oriented framework

At least one year of customer service experience.

Help consumers understand credit bureau processes and educate them on appropriate steps to request corrections.

Receive customer requests for assistance; identify support needed, and either help or forward requests to the appropriate functional area.

Two or more years of related work experience, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience

Well-developed research and analytical abilities

Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Competent clerical skills and strong attention to detail is necessary for all roles

High school diploma or equivalent
