The Custodial Crew Leader will be responsible for leading a team of custodial staff in providing a clean and safe environment for customers and employees. The Custodial Crew Leader will be responsible for training and supervising custodial staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The Custodial Crew Leader will also be responsible for scheduling and assigning tasks to custodial staff, monitoring the performance of custodial staff, and providing feedback and guidance to custodial staff. The Custodial Crew Leader will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety and sanitation protocols are followed, and that all equipment is properly maintained.
