Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Crew Leader to join our team at our building component manufacturing plant in Emporia, Virginia.

What are the primary qualifications?

• Train, guide and assist team members to complete daily tasks.
• 1st Shift, Mon-Thu, 40 hours per week. Mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays required as necessary to meet production schedules.
• Ability and willingness to stand all day and move or lift size-able product up to 50 pounds for a 10 hour shift.
• Process and batch workflows for four separate production lines within panel department.
• Proficient equipment operator, forklift certified.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Oversee a workforce of 20+ employees in wall panel production in our manufacturing plant.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and adjustments in conjunction with Materials Manager
• Excellent attendance is a must

Qualifications

• Develop and implement process improvements and cost savings ideas
• Apply Lean manufacturing principles, focus on ergonomics, improve machinery reliability, waste reduction, safety action implementation

Do you have these qualifications?

• Preferred:
  • Experience in a manufacturing, production or assembly environment is a plus
• Essential:
  • 3+ years of previous experience in leading a team
