Job Description
Driver/Crew Leader
Job Duties
  • Responsible for phone calls, texts with office, crews and supervisors
  • Must have organizational and time management skills
  • Responsible for completing jobs along with a crew in a timely manner and be able to meet deadlines
  • Must have experience pulling a trailer, hauling heavy loads
  • Bi-lingual a plus, (Spanish & English)
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be able to handle a fast pace working environment with stressful situations
  • Have a Valid Texas driver's license (CDL is not necessary)
  • Must be reliable and dependable
  • Responsible for safely driving to jobsites all around the city and surrounding areas
  • Must have previous experience as a driver and crew leader
  • Need to have communication skills, will be communicating on a daily basis with our office personnel and field supervisors
  • Managing job sites, making sure jobs are completed accordingly
Pay will be discussed based on experience
