Crew Leader Bakery Jobs

The Crew Leader works to ensure that proper production procedures are followed while maintaining company sanitation and efficiency standards. Overall, Leaders are responsible for directing the activities of the line crew and fostering a team-oriented environment. Maintain inventories and minimizing waste, while monitoring production quality standards. Train new employees on processes and procedures.

• Performing physical activities that require standing for long periods of time considerable use ofyour arms and legs and moving your whole body, and handling of materials and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Follow Bakery Candy Kitchen Food Safety, Dress Code and Sanitation requirements.
• Providing honest and respectful communication to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Ability to withstand a production environment with exposure to dust, food allergens,and varying temperatures.
• This is a safety sensitive position, subject to initial and follow-up drug testing.
• Compliance with company attendance standards.
• Highly dependable and able to work a flexible schedule with varying job duties
