Credit Risk Representative I Jobs in Georgia

● This position is at our office location in Alpharetta, GA. Not remote. Not hybrid.

● 2-5 years of prior risk experience specific to the merchant acquiring industry – required.

● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other commonly used applications

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

● Self-motivated, can prioritize tasks and manage time independently.

Learn payment channels and their requirements.

Basic knowledge of credit and collections terms, concepts and practices preferred.

Knowledge of email, Microsoft Word and Excel; search functionality and typing required.

Prior experience with CAMS/AS400 and SAP is preferred.

Train on Credit menus within CAMS/AS400, SAP and ON-DEMAND to be able to review customer accounts and check on prior orders.

Use guidelines and criteria to establish credit limits up to $35,000 for customers
