• Coordinate and manage administrative activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
• Provide administrative support to county staff, including filing, data entry, and other clerical duties.
• Ensure compliance with county policies and procedures, including budgeting, purchasing, and personnel.
• Prepare and maintain records, reports, and other documents.
• Assist with the development and implementation of administrative systems and procedures.
• Monitor and track departmental budgets and expenditures.
• Assist with the development and implementation of county-wide initiatives.
• Provide customer service to county staff and the public.
