Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications or a related field or equivalent professional experience

Full lifecycle technical recruiting experience

Support high level change management planning and execution

Strong presentation skills, including oral and writing capabilities

2+ years experience in market research or a related field

Experience with M&A is a plus

Familiarity with educational and market research tools and databases (e.g., BLS, IPEDS, EMSI) strongly preferred

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills

Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks

5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or corporate finance

Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, business, or engineering

Strong interpersonal skills with effective written and verbal communication

Knowledge of the energy industry

Experience in the use and development of PowerBI

Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Partners, this position will have the following essential responsibilities:

Collects and processes requisitions to fill new or vacant positions

Utilize Careeplug ATS to ensure effective and appropriate reports are in place to analyze staffing needs and proactively impact change
